Shaheed Smarak will be a symbol of state-of-the-art technology

The Shaheed Smarak being built at Ambala Cantt highlighting the supreme sacrifices and valour of those who participated in the first war of Independence will be a unique amalgamation of technology and history that will inspire the future generations.
This was stated by the Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal while talking to media persons after visiting the Red Fort Museum in Delhi today.
The Chief Minister along with the Home Minister, Sh. Anil Vij, visited the Red Fort Museum in Delhi today. The Chief Minister and the Home Minister not only enquired about the state of the art technology used in the museum but also discussed the structural plan of the Shaheed Smarak with the officers concerned.
The technical team through a detailed presentation apprised the Chief Minister about the way the new technology will be used to make the Smarak being built in Ambala Cantt more attractive. He also inquired about the light and sound show at Red Fort Museum.
Interacting with the media persons at Haryana Bhawan after coming back from Red Fort, the Chief Minister said that the building work of Shaheed Memorial is almost complete, only some technical related things may take some more time to complete. CM expressed hope that the Shaheed Smarak would be completely ready within a year's time. On this occasion, Home Minister, Anil Vij was also present.
