Haryana's Development and Panchayat Minister Sh. Krishan Lal Panwar directed the local Omaxe City officials to ensure payment of the pending principal amount within two months, otherwise an FIR will be lodged against Omaxe City. He said that if additional charge has been imposed on Omaxe City without any reason, then it will be refunded.

Development and Panchayat Minister Sh. Krishan Lal Panwar was presiding over the monthly meeting of the District Public Relations and Grievance Committee in Rohtak district on Monday.

Total 13 complaints were placed in the meeting of this committee, out of which seven complaints were settled on the spot and instructions were given to submit a report in respect of the other 6 complaints.

Hearing a complaint, he said that the amount of pending electricity bill by Omaxe City and the pending amount of the work of 33 KV sub-station power house etc. should be paid within

two months.

The Uttar Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam has been asked to issue personal electricity meters to the residents living in Omaxe on payment of the pending amount. Omaxe has to pay pending electricity bill of more than Rs 72 lakh and deposit an amount of more than Rs 5 crore as bank guarantee. The ownership of the land has been transferred by Omaxe City.
