Haryana Chief Secretary Mr. Sanjeev Kaushal has directed that the problems related to property ID, Masavi, and Murabba Stone in Lal Dora in municipal and rural areas should be resolved by March 31st. The Chief Secretary was presiding over a meeting of officers regarding the Large-Scale Mapping Project here today.

Mr. Kaushal said that the work of installing pillars on the UP Inter-State Boundary should also be expedited. It was informed in the meeting that 1218 pillars are to be installed in the districts of Karnal, Panipat, Sonipat, Faridabad, and Palwal. Of these, 527 have already been installed.

In addition, the work under the Swamitva Scheme has almost been completed in Faridabad, Bhiwani, and Kurukshetra. He said that the remaining districts should also prioritize resolving the complaints received on the Grievances Redressal Portal by the end of March.

The Chief Secretary said that time-bound targets should be set for the completion of work related to property ID, Masavi, and Murabba Stone in all districts so that the work can be completed simultaneously in the entire state. It was informed in the meeting that 191 workstations have been established in all the districts. GIS software will be installed by HARSEC in the coming week.

He said that large-scale mapping work of Murabba Stone, Masavi Update, Ownership, etc., is also being done through GIS Lab in all the municipal corporations. Therefore, all the Deputy Commissioners should monitor and supervise this work from time to time so that the work can be completed as per the target.

The Chief Secretary said that the data of 1077 square kilometers out of 3840 square kilometers area has been made available by the Survey of India for large-scale mapping. Apart from this, work has been completed in 1209 square kilometers area of 55 out of 94 urban local bodies in 2849 square kilometers. This remaining work will be completed by June 2024.

He said that the Murabba Stonework in Mahendragarh, Rewari, and Ambala should be completed by May 15th. It was informed in the meeting that the mapping work has been completed in 159 out of 172 Bas in the Morni section of Panchkula and digital data has been made available to the Forest Department.

A committee has been formed to carry out the mapping work in the remaining 14 areas so that the work can be completed as per the target.

In the meeting, Additional Chief Secretary of Revenue and Disaster Management Department and Financial Commissioner Shri T.V.S.N. Prasad, Chief Administrator of Haryana Urban Development Authority, Shri T.L. Satyaprakash, Additional Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister, Dr. Senior officials of many departments including Commissioner, Development and Panchayats Dr Amit Aggarwal, Director, Land Records & Consolidation of Land Holdings, Haryana, Amna Tasneem Ms. Aamna Tasneem and Urban Local Bodies Department Director Mr. Yashpal were present. Deputy Commissioners of all the districts joined the meeting online.
