DW BUREAU / MOHALI A flash mob surprised shopper at VRPunjab Mall. Dozens of people started a round dance at the VR Punjab Mall to join `Mask awareness campaign' by Bahra Hospital and Rayat Bahra University as a group of students danced and exhibited posters on Friday to highlight use of masks and sanitizers to raise awareness about getting your masks back on as pandemic still persists. The students showcased their artistic skills to educate masses about the importance of masks in this pandemic scenario. Games with footfall by the anchor and fitness activity with footfall were highlights of the event. The students, cutting across gender, grooved to film songs played, and a large number of people gathered to catch a glimpse of the live performance. After the flash mob and skit, the students conveyed the message of the day among the audience and stressed the importance of wearing masks and using sanitizers. OXY Gym was the fitness partner associated with the awareness drive. It was a fun filled day for the students as they participated in games with footfall by the anchor and fitness activity with footfall. The event was organised as a Corporate Social Responsibility activity of the gift distribution by Santa. The gifts included chocolates, masks, and sanitizers. (editor@dailyworld.in)
